Prof. Marco Filicori is a scientific and clinical personality well known in Italy and abroad.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery and specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University of Bologna. He perfected his knowledge in the field of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology in the United States where, for three years, he held the role of Clinical and Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Returning to Italy, he was a Researcher and then Associate Professor in Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Reproductive Medicine at the University of Bologna and at the S. Orsola Polyclinic in Bologna.
Recognized internationally, he is an expert in the field of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology and Medically Assisted Procreation (PMA).
He has discovered and published numerous biological and clinical phenomena fundamental to the regulation of human reproductive function, as well as pharmacological therapies used to treat fertility disorders.
He is the author of over 100 publications that have appeared in the most prestigious international scientific journals. He was President and member of scientific societies and medical centers active in the MAP sector. He has organized and been a speaker at numerous scientific conferences in Italy, Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia.
He has personally assisted and treated countless couples suffering from infertility with in vitro fertilization, allowing them to achieve their procreative goal.
