The diagnosis and treatment of male factor problems of sterility and sexual disorders are increasingly topical.

Poor quality of seminal fluid (for example reductions in the number, motility and morphological quality of spermatozoa) can make conception unlikely or impossible even in the absence of pathologies affecting the female partner. It is therefore essential to evaluate whether these problems exist and whether there are therapeutic procedures or ART techniques capable of solving them and leading to conception.

In recent years, the diagnosis and therapy of male sexual disorders have been enriched with extremely effective pharmacological tools capable of improving or solving these problems.
